  • Quality Standards: We have been manufacturing replacement skylights for the Vanagon community since 1997 and use OEM moulds in our facility in Canada.
  • Production: All parts are made under expert supervision with over 35 years of manufacturing experience; our moulds are polished and cleaned to ensure a smooth, high-quality finish.
  • Product Range: We offer OEM and aftermarket Vanagon skylights, refit kits.

2. Pricing and Currency

  • Currency: All transactions for this online store are processed in Canadian Dollars (CAD).
  • Taxes: Applicable Canadian taxes (GST/HST) will be calculated at checkout based on your province.
  • Handling: Please note that shipping and handling are extra and are not included in the base product price.

3. Shipping and Delivery

  • Provider: All orders are shipped via Canada Post.
  • International Shipping: We ship worldwide. We utilize Canada Post Web Services to provide you with accurate shipping costs and expected delivery dates at the point of purchase.
  • Tracking: Customers will receive Delivery Updates with unique tracking numbers to monitor their parcels directly through our website.
  • Address Accuracy: We use international address-finding tools to ensure delivery accuracy, but customers are responsible for providing correct shipping information to avoid delays.

4. International Duties and US Tariffs

  • US Tariff: For all orders shipping to the USA, a 35% tariff will be applied at the point of purchase.
  • Customs and Duties: Beyond the 35% US tariff, customers are responsible for any additional local customs, duties, or brokerage fees incurred upon the arrival of the package in their destination country.
  • US Shipping Requirements: In compliance with new guidelines, shipments to the USA may require full product descriptions and photos for the postmaster prior to dispatch.
